Why was Jeice in the Ginyu Force?

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Monster, One Piece, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, Hunter X Hunter, Death Note, SnK	So, everybody else seemed to have something that made them "special" and set them apart. Recoome was a tank and really durable, Burter was incredibly fast, Guldo could stop time and Captain Ginyu had a high power level and his body change technique. What did Jeice have? Or am I just looking into this too much?

	darkwarrior has anyone ever stopped to think that maybe Trunks just bought his sword somewhere or something? There's nothing really special about it. Y2J Well it did manage to slice Frieza into a shishkebab so it must've been packing more power than your average blade. Hell even Zelda's sword couldn't pull off that ****. ObsessiveFanGirl I don't believe in power levels after the Frieza Saga. Now, there's an idea.

Yeah, I just read that on the Dragonball wiki, it doesn't say where it got it from though. I guess that could work, I mean he did have that attack with Burter and his Crusher Ball attack was made out to be something really powerful, until Goku just swatted it away. I guess he was just unlucky that the only two people we see him fight were a lot more powerful than him.

From Ginyu's point of view: 1. Freeza 2. King Cold 3. Ginyu 4. Jeice, Burter and Recoome. Recoome didn't really have anything either. He went down in 1 shot by Goku and everyone else was too weak to hurt him seriously enough.

	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

I must have forgotten that line then. But yeah, Jeice = tied 4th strongest in universe and tied 2nd strongest after Ginyu himself in Ginyu's eyes, so I don't see why he wouldn't let him join.
